Rage in Bloom was a spontaneous piece, born out of the fury I kept feeling every time I saw another story of violence against women in the news. I felt helpless, so I poured the rage onto a canvas I’d actually planned to scrap. No expectation of sharing it. I just needed somewhere for that energy to go.
