Medium: Acrylic and homemade texture paste on recycled board inside a 40+ year old decorative frame.

Story: This was originally a painting and frame by my Great Uncle Ken, November 1992. The board and frame were damaged and due to be thrown out when he passed on. I rescued it and saved it for the last decade to finally add my own work to the board this year (2026) once I’d fixed it.

This piece had many lives before becoming this bouquet of peonies you see today (many mistakes and lessons learned). This is a gentle nudge to restart when you need to. It is okay to begin again.
